How does a remote session work?+
We send you a link, you open it, you see our screen at all times and you can end the session whenever you like. We leave nothing installed.
What language will you support me in?+
In writing, in German, French, Italian, English or Spanish. Phone calls only in Spanish or Catalan.
Do you have a monthly plan?+
Yes, ongoing support: priority remote support, managed antivirus and regular check-ups, from CHF 25 a month.
How do you handle VAT?+
Our prices exclude VAT. THRAX is a Spanish company, and the VAT treatment of each job, Swiss or Spanish, is stated in the quote before you accept it.
