Whichever fit your case: models from the major providers, or open models on a dedicated server when the data must not leave the company.
Can a chatbot get things wrong?+
Yes, and you have to allow for it. It answers only with your company’s information, it is tested with real questions, and anything that commits you goes to a person.
What language is the training in?+
Live workshops are in Spanish or Catalan. In the other languages we provide materials and support in writing.
How do you handle VAT?+
Our prices exclude VAT. THRAX is a Spanish company, and the VAT treatment of each job, Swiss or Spanish, is stated in the quote before you accept it.
