Web and IT for your business,
remotely
We are THRAX, a web and IT studio. For businesses and individuals across Switzerland we build websites and online shops, host and maintain them, get them ranking, apply AI sensibly and provide remote support. Prices in francs, everything in writing and in your language.
Twelve services, all done remotely
Only what can be done well at a distance. We don’t do on-site work in Switzerland.

We work by email and WhatsApp in German, French, Italian, English or Spanish, so every decision is documented. Phone calls only in Spanish or Catalan.
Your time zone
We work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 20:00, in the same time zone as Switzerland, and reply within one working day.
Prices in francs
Prices published in CHF, with no currency-exchange surprises in the quote.

By email or WhatsApp, in your language. A few lines are enough to start.

Within one working day we reply with questions or a written quote: what’s included, what isn’t, and the price in francs.
Review as we work
You follow the work on test versions and send us your comments in writing.
Delivery and follow-up
We publish, hand over access and, if you want, take care of maintenance.
Before you write to us
Do you work with individuals?+
Yes, with businesses, freelancers and individuals across Switzerland, always for services that can be done remotely.
Can we talk on the phone?+
Only in Spanish or Catalan. In German, French, Italian, English or Spanish we work in writing, by email and WhatsApp.
How do you handle VAT?+
Our prices exclude VAT. THRAX is a Spanish company, and the VAT treatment of each job, Swiss or Spanish, is stated in the quote before you accept it.
Do you do on-site work in Switzerland?+
No. We only offer what can be done well remotely. If something needs someone in your office, we tell you.
