What if I’ve already been attacked?+
Disconnect the affected computer from the network, don’t pay any ransom and write to us. The first thing is to stop it spreading; then, recover from clean backups.
Can it all be done remotely?+
The audit of accounts, email and computers, and the training, yes. Anything that needs to happen in your office we point out so your local provider can do it.
How do you handle VAT?+
Our prices exclude VAT. THRAX is a Spanish company, and the VAT treatment of each job, Swiss or Spanish, is stated in the quote before you accept it.
