We work by email and WhatsApp in German, French, Italian, English or Spanish, so every decision is documented. Phone calls only in Spanish or Catalan.
Your time zone
We work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 20:00, in the same time zone as Switzerland, and reply within one working day.

Do you work with individuals?+
Yes, with businesses, freelancers and individuals across Switzerland, always for services that can be done remotely.
Can we talk on the phone?+
Only in Spanish or Catalan. In German, French, Italian, English or Spanish we work in writing, by email and WhatsApp.
How do you handle VAT?+
Our prices exclude VAT. THRAX is a Spanish company, and the VAT treatment of each job, Swiss or Spanish, is stated in the quote before you accept it.
Do you do on-site work in Switzerland?+
No. We only offer what can be done well remotely. If something needs someone in your office, we tell you.
