Where are the servers?+
We tell you in the quote. If your sector requires the data to stay in Switzerland, let us know and we’ll quote on that basis.
Can you migrate my website without it going down?+
Yes. We set up a full copy, test it while the old website is still running, and only then switch the domain over.
How often do you back up?+
Every day, stored off the server and with several earlier versions, in case a problem is only discovered days later.
How do you handle VAT?+
Our prices exclude VAT. THRAX is a Spanish company, and the VAT treatment of each job, Swiss or Spanish, is stated in the quote before you accept it.
